Pros

Some really great coworkers. Low level managers in my area have a clue and are very understanding. Covid response has been largely good even if I personally find the current policy of "do the bare minimum of what the law says" too little.

Cons

Pay is bad and advancement is almost non-existent in ops. Leadership is a revolving door of plants for the firms that own the company with little to no respect for the people who do the work that pays for their inflated salaries. Major effort to outsource as much ops and dev work to India as possible for "scalability" (ie cheaper labor) which has been something of a miss. Leadership demands changes to processes they dont understand and get frustrated when the changes don't work. A few years ago I liked working here but it has been a steep slide since then. If you see any review mentioning free food that benefit has been cut without any additional compensation.

Good company going through some growing pains

Pros

Good opportunities to work on interesting projects, strong technology, smart people, competitive pay.

Cons

Can be difficult to get alignment on projects as employees tend to be focused on delivering on their goals within their silo.

Just terrible.

Pros

It's a good stepping stone to gain experience on what to not look for in a company. Interesting technology.

Cons

Terrible, completely out of touch management from the C-Suite on down. The company is owned by multiple capital investment companies so you already have the tail wagging the dog here. They will work you and pay you very little for your efforts. There really is no employee appreciation here. In the competitive market that is the Tech Industry, this is probably one of the worst places to work in.
