Pros

Easy interview process, good training, flexible hours

Cons

Horrible hourly salary, very clique-y: if you don’t “excel” quickly or constantly kiss up in the Slack channels you are pretty much invisible , horrible medical benefits, if you need time off for appointments it’s taken from your vacation time, having human faults from time to time threatens your employment if the management doesn’t meet their numbers, for the same pay scale you get the privilege of creating and facilitating trainings while still needing to meet your numbers.

Pros

The people at this company are fantastic. I have yet to experience teammates who don't hustle hard to deliver results, despite the numerous challenges that are a part of daily work. You will receive some of the best tools and equipment you need to do your job.

Cons

Your work will receive very little recognition. EagleView is a relatively small company yet the executive leadership teams don't really know what each of their few employees are doing. As a consequence of not knowing what the employees do, there is little opportunity for growth or advancement. Pay is well below market rate in EVERY SINGLE MARKET. Seriously I don't know how this company keeps such great people yet pays so poorly. Total lack of supervision and training past the basic systems the company uses. Coding standards are very lax. The emphasis is placed on getting work done but not on getting work done well. High turnover at all levels. Plenty of people leave before or right after the 1 year mark.

Pros

Honestly the coworkers were a dream. They get you through the rough times for sure. Time off was great.

Cons

Holy cow where to start? Don’t complain about anything in the company ever, especially if you’re a female. They do NOT care about you. But they let the men get away with saying anything... They also claim to care about LGBTQ, but that’s a joke. Still considering contacting the state or a lawyer about that fun. Directors and managers are an absolute joke. They really don’t care about you as an employee and care only about themselves getting that sweet bonus. Management doesn’t support their teams, they claim that if there’s an issue, you need to “move on” (direct quote from a director after she decided to raise her voice at me in a “how dare you?!” manner). There’s a huge facade up about trust and candor... pssst.. it doesn’t exist. Also they allow their managers to sleep with their direct reports? Gross.
