They collect feedback form employees as if they are going to act on the feedback, but they don't 5) When you give feedback in ESAT survey, then people start showing their true colors. 6) Incompetent Managers put pressure on the team to OWN everything as they cannot. They don't even understand what a SMART goal is. 7) Managers don't try to retain people if they resign, they don't even have a proper meeting. 8) People say that Work From Home cannot be clubbed with Vacation, It's Misuse.
