      My experience was pathetic as I was training a junior and company is paying him 2.5 times than me.

      Pros

      Apart from technology I don't see any.

      Cons

      Egoistic leadership in India. VP only hires his friends to management roles. Company makes false promises at the time of hiring. Even though company is performing way better than normal times they stopped hikes but hiring is still at full pace. People are expected to work for 14-15 hours without any compensation for it. There is no standard payscale if you know the VP personally you can get what you want else lower than market standards. Some of the Senior engineers are paid nearly half their sub ordinates.

      Lots of executive churn and a strange way to communicate it

      Pros

      The business opportunity is huge. EagleView customers are very loyal.

      Cons

      Announced the new CEO via email late on a Thursday afternoon before a long holiday weekend. The first time the company got to meet the new CEO was 5 weeks later on a Zoom call that was unfortunately scheduled at a time that was the middle of the night for our team in India.
