Really long hiring process A lot of layoffs and people looking for new jobs Morale is at an all time low right now Doesn’t seem to care about culture - suddenly canceled annual company picnic, stopped supporting Corporate Challenge Most of the exec and senior leaders were brought in within the last 6 months to 12 months and the mess they are making has become the problem of people who actually know what is going on People were placed in manager roles, but training and mentorship was not provided Prefer to hire from outside instead of promote from within No clear product or technology roadmap, or Project Management process. No respect for personal time or work/life balance. Salaried employees work long hours, early, late, through lunch, and holidays.
