Hire and Fire policy, Not Concerned about any Employees

Only visual Look of office is Good

Cons

They Follow Hire and Fire Policy, If your work is done for company You are fired. In this month only they laid off 300 employees without any reason. And They are showing Money to hide their Lay off. Layoff is also Like they not fire you have to resign. Whole company is like money saving, they always find a way to cut off your money. I recommend Not to join Eagleview and don't lose your precious time of career.
