      Its a good thing they have good health care!

      Pros

      The family health benefits are good. Corporate did load each employee's HSA account with the exact amount of money the deductible increased over last year. A very nice gesture.

      Cons

      Between using a bunch of garbage food as an offset to 401k matching I believe the intent is to keep you at work, use the health care to keep you healthy while you work there. Then the effects of having no match on the 401k won't matter, as your life expectancy from the junk food will be diminished.

      Great people, disappointing management

      Pros

      The people are great: motivated, smart, ambitious. Benefits are good and stocked kitchen is nice, but the people make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Management is not trustworthy. They preach core values, but reprimand employees who take initiative and excel in their role. Under qualified managers belittle employees who out perform them.

      Good Benefits Friendly people Plenty of Food

      Cons

      Incompetent management. If you don't kiss up, and dare to question what is going on you get a target on your back. Then suddenly you get termed for "performance reasons". No explanation of what those are. No idea that your missing whatever number it is their are looking for. If your not part of the in click forget sticking around for long. Crap pay for the job.
