Pros

The pay was decent, but that is all I can say.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid describes most of the employees. The expectations are ridiculous. Management is completely disconnected from the every day worker. They brag about culture and it being such a great place, but it's just lipstick on a pig.

Pros

I've been promoted twice in under a year. Initiative and a positive attitude are rewarded. I have yet to meet someone who isn't willing to help. I have tangible opportunities to succeed and contribute to overall business success. Leadership is built around fixing processes, not people. In my role, I can work autonomously and craft my own schedule.

Cons

Salary isn't market competitive. Medical benefits are poor (2022 had a $3300 increase [not overall cost] to PPO plan with no new benefits) Unlimited PTO is great but it often feels harder to use.
