There is a lack of opportunities for career growth and development, which may be concerning for employees looking to advance in their careers.

Cons

I've also noticed issues with leadership, which can impact overall employee satisfaction and engagement. Furthermore, the continuous layoffs have understandably caused anxiety and uncertainty among employees.
