Making Great Strides

Pros

New CEO has been a part of EagleView for some time and is passionate about customers and employees. I look forward to this next year to see what comes about. Having been an employee for several years, I have seen a few versions of leadership and strategy, but I'm more excited now than I have been in the past. There's real opportunity and the leadership seems to be putting in the groundwork and the effort. Not everything is perfect, but that's to be expected in business.

Pros

I get to perform interesting work and projects and am able to take time to learn new things. I like the people I work with and generally people listen to my advice and opinions. I am compensated well for a full-time remote position.

Cons

Being equity owned there is financial pressure and the budget is tight. There has been significant turnover but it seems to be stabilizing.
