      There used be pros at this company long back but not anymore

      1. Toxic culture 2. Very high expectations 3. Micromanagement 4. No work life balance 5. Leadership don't care about the people’s concern

      Good colleagues, managers. Very polite and understanding and contributes to the project very well.

      Cons

      nothing as such. Need to deal with US team in the late night.
