Opportunity to learn many technologies Everyone is helpful Good employee support from HR team

Cons

Leadership is completely unstable, so many changes and people leaving. No Hike in 2020 due to Covid and then very less/negligible hike in 2021 while everyone is working more than 10 hours daily The focus is more on leadership team, not the core hardworking employees at the base level. Too much work pressure as the teams are unstable and new members have to be trained along with your own work while experienced ones are resigning. Even after getting a ratings of 4/5 the hikes are around 5-10% Too many meetings
