Pros

Absolutely no pros except that they are not asking us to come to office

Cons

Never have I seen a leadership team that so openly acknowledges that cutting costs is their only focus. There is no regard for employees, creating a good culture, trainings opportunities are zero but they paint a rosy picture during interviews and induction

This decision was not taken lightly and we considered all feasible options. We recognize and appreciate the many contributions of those impacted by this decision, and our efforts are focused on ensuring we support those employees by providing as much transition assistance as we can.

Pros

EV is great in that they are fully capable to support employees who work from home as they were doing it prior to Covid. I also have the option to come into work once a week as well for some face time with my colleagues. It isn't required, but it is nice to see people in person. They are extremely employee friendly and do a lot to support their staff including a welcome swag box which was nice, and host multiple employee event/lunches throughout the year. The higher ups are pretty approachable as well, and most of the time you don't even realize how high up the ladder they are. The benefits are pretty great too including family planning and the 401k Match. I like that they review their benefits offerings on a yearly basis and update as needed.

Cons

There definatelyare busy times and slow times. Salaried employees such as myself get a yearly bonus which is nice, but I feel bad for our technicians who are hourly who don't get a bonus. They work just as hard and should be recoginized for the company's success as well.

Pros

Some very smart and dedicated engineering colleagues.

Cons

Product and management were all over the place. During my short tenure I was shuffled all over the place, and never had a clear idea of what was going on. And it seemed like I was spending more time in planning meetings that were going in circles than than actually working.
