Pros

Early Warning pays a fair salary for the work you will put in and the company has many perks for such a disorganized company. There are one or two managers who actually care and are trying to change the company for the better.

Cons

Most of the upper management has egos that would make a psychopath look normal. You will be talked down to, you will be called out in front of others and you will be berated if you even dare to correct the CISO or the CIO when they have made a fairly innocent mistake. High turnover rate, even for C-level employees. High paranoia in the I.T. security department, so much so that it takes MONTHS to make any meaningful change to the network, applications, etc. The company is currently in the middle of a "civil war." The turnover rate has been high for the past two to three years and the C-level execs have finally caught on that the company culture is a toxic environment. The C-level execs have "mentioned" to certain people that they need to tone down the berating of employees and being outright condescending when speaking to the lower level I.T. employees. Really "big business" feel for such a small company. For instance, Early Warning has "values" that are supposed to be seen in every employee. I said "supposed" because if you are high enough in the food chain you can treat people like dirt and never have to worry about the "7 values" (which honestly is an outright joke and people tolerate these "values" to appease the higher-ups).

Pros

Paycheck, job, time off, lunch break, Holiday pay, vacation, ability to clear your own record.

Cons

Having to hear horror stories of consumers that get denied checking accounts, loans and all banking services because of misleading way the reports generate to member banks. Consumer disputes are not handle quickly or fairly in my opinion. Company ownership is Large Bank Institutions that funnel and feed each other information which is directly resulting in closed accounts for consumers because of frivolous charges added to previous account that dont get paid, simply because the consumer doesnt know.
