Pros

Nice building, great coffee machine, nice location, offers some benefits.

Cons

Combative management style, the employees have to be some of the grumpiest people I have ever worked with. Good morning could be taken as an assault!

Pros

Make no mistake, this is a marketing company. The mindset is not too different from multi-level marketing except without the commission payouts. You are expected to buy into them and sell their brand outside of your normal job duties. They have all kinds of non-marketing people like HR and Security contributing to anonymous reviews here.

Cons

They concoct security violations when they want to fire someone. Isn't it convenient so many people have been fired by security violations? Makes one wonder. Not sure if HR is in on it or is too clueless to figure out what is going on. How can you be proud to work at a company that has so much internal fraud going on? It is strange when people say they are proud to work at a company like this. It presupposes that they conducted a pretty dishonest living most of the lives prior to coming here and this seems more honest. A dishonest person is still prone to dishonesty when the need arises. It is funny how they say it is a great company to work for but yet remain anonymous. If they have true belief in their opinions and really proud, why do they have to hide in the shadows? :) It isn't much of a comparison for people who made an honest living all their lives to come to this company. Some of the things going on here are hard to stomach. It is all relative. I've seen much better relationships between security and the various development groups.

Great Company---- Very Employee MInded

Pros

Great company culture... concierge service, Free Fruit Mondays, On-site Yoga, free coffee... many employee events. Casual dress...

Cons

Security policies at times hinder you having the ability to do your daily work. Slackers take advantage of "Perks" without any accountability. Management in departments vary.... some very employee focused.. others not so much... However.. would recommend
