Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth. Passionate and smart coworkers. The feeling of actually helping people. This isn't Blossom Blast. Heavy use of new technologies and a company-wide willingness to explore better ways of doing things.

Cons

Growing pains - both on the tech debt side and organizational structure.

Good WLB but worsening company culture

Pros

WLB is good as a startup. You can feel that they invest in your professional and personal growth.

Cons

It's a transitional period for the company. A lot of new hires this year but the overall company culture and politics also seem to be getting worse at the same time. It depends on the team, engineering talent is a hit or miss and you may not learn much from your peers.
