Pros

The work is very interesting and timely. There is a lot of variety. It's great to work with people who share my values and who believe that protecting the environment is important and worthwhile.

Cons

It's a non-profit, so the pay isn't great, although it's higher than a lot of other non-profits. Good benefits: medical, dental, vision, EAP, and generous holidays and vacation.

Pros

Very friendly work environment, great benefits, amazing location and staff. They truly care about the great environmental cause and the people making it possible. Great public transportation available.

Cons

The only con is that, since the office is located in San Francisco, buying lunch around the office can be expensive. And parking is terribly expensive.
