I have met some amazing teachers along the way.

Cons

The discipline structure is absolutely awful. Students attacking teachers and cursing them out and are right back in the classroom the following day. I get absolutely no curriculum done, because the students, even in 3rd grade, would rather fight and curse out each other or even me than participate. I even tried to make it fun and hands on, but they don't care. I've been teaching for over 20 years, and it gets worse every year. I'm switching to another district.
