Great co-workers, ok benefits, great mission statement. EBCAPis really all about the customer. They do their best to ensure the people they are serving.
Cons
I can go on for days about the cons. Very unorganized company. Minimal staff appreciation. You get way more work then you signed up for. The whole point is to help low income families. But you become more of a "paper pusher" then actually doing your real job.
