Good pay, good benefits and the annual bonus is nice. Not too difficult to move around within the company. Growing fast.

Cons

Supervisors basically are walking on glass. The personnel department makes it very easy to denounce supervision and get people fired. There is also heavy amounts of favoritism when moving up. There is also so much favoritism toward minority groups that some white people are actually becoming racist because of it. I have seen some Spanish people who should have been fired get a slap on the wrist. While I got fired for two uses of profanity in 9 years. What it really seems to be is they are terrified of lawsuits so they pander to the people who are a legal threat and walk all over the people that take responsibility for their actions.
