The pay was great. The rewards were great. No a lot of drama. I would recommend this job to someone else.

Cons

You are just a number at the company. The other safety technician did not hold a degree in safety (they were promoted from within) which meant their work was not the greatest at all!

Great benefits and hours. Friendly people to work with.

Cons

Rules are not defined and there is a large grey area for every one. People are not treated equally. Managers do not evaluate their employees and raises are not merit based.

You can earn 60+k a year if you are willing to dedicated you life to the company. They offer 401k and profit sharing and ok insurance

Cons

If you work here for one day or 40yrs. Everyone gets the same pay. So there is no reason to try hard because on one will evaluate and compensate you for it. There is no 401k match and if you are on second shift and speak English you might need a translator
