Pros

The company likes to promote from within. Senior management wants to hear new ideas to make the company better. Family environment and a very stable company that is constantly growing. Very understanding in personal problems that may affect attendance.

Cons

Promotions can take several years. Little to no reprimand for people with minimal work ethic. Yearly raises seem not to be based on personal performance. It takes time to get any vacation. Pay seems to be average.

Pros

They provide multiple excellent health insurance plan options for a reasonable cost. The 401k retirement plan is ok but they barely contribute. They do however contribute to a profit sharing plan. They have very good training and safety programs in place.

Cons

Depending on what department or position the hours are alot. 48-56hrs mandatory weekly.

Worst place I ever worked

Pros

Better than average Insurance, Good pay if you only have a GED, Great place if you are satisfied being just a worker bee!

Cons

Less than average pay for machine mechanic. Treated like a child by supervisors who weren't as qualified as I was. All they want is drones, if you do as you are told for 13 years you will be promoted whether you are qualified or not, and then once you join the 30 year club you don't have to do anything at all ! They throw millions of dollars in the trash every week cause they are to incompetent to repair or rebuild parts, it's just easier to replace them. I showed them how to rebuild a valve for 50 cents, my boss took it off and threw it out, he put a new $200 valve on because thats how we do it here! Glad I'm out of there!
