Decent pay and consistent work. If you’re looking for a job where you just clock in, do the work and go home, it’s a solid place.

Cons

Management is hit or miss. I had a good boss but higher up isn’t great. A lot of personal relationships causing a conflict of interest (only on site personnel rep is married to the plant manager).
