Pros

The people are nice, health benefits are pretty good

Cons

Over worked, underpaid, the work conditions are terrible, and you are unappreciated. The list could go on and on for cons. Skilled employees always leave and have no problem finding better companies to work for.

Pros

The money is ok but now you can go to any other job that pays the same.

Cons

Company makes employees wear respiratory mask if you’re on the list but the problem is they can keep lowering the requirement number everyone has to wear it. They can’t keep new hires because they realized it’s not worth being at east Penn. They set new rules like they don’t accept dr notes anymore so they require you to use your vacations day or UA and once you get 10 UA you get fired. They’re thinking about taking away our bonus because of the law suit but they won’t tell you that. The pay is kinda of a joke now for the work we do. Like I said you can work anywhere that pays the same might be even better to go somewhere else. Reason I’m staying is for personal issue I’m going through but once it’s settled I’m leaving. If you look around you’ll see a lot of older men and women, the ones you think that should be retired well guess what east Penn retirement program is trash and is a joke. In reality east Penn needs to pay more because society necessity is increasing and people can’t catch up with what we make. Overall a lot more cons I can say but I’ll leave this here but not a lot pros.

Great for new employees

Pros

The only pro is for new employees. They get the same pay & benefits of long term employees. The healthcare is the only thing that is keeping me there.

Cons

Don't expect to be a long term employee. No benefits to it! If you are there 30 years, a new employee with no experience starts at what you make. Very unfair with rules. Rules seem to change on a daily basis.
