Fair pay but not good enough Decent insurance but it goes up every year and it’s always on the employees side. If you like your weekend off you rarely get overtime anymore.

Lead environment , lead is toxic No chance to get ahead overtime is getting Less and less. The culture is changing so much and lazy is now the culture. It’s tragic

Company has very good insurance. And decent pay and overtime.

Cons

Having to handle hazardous materials is not worth the pay. Management doesn’t care to listen to employees concerns. The company would rather promote managements friends instead people who are actually qualified for the jobs.
