Pros

Good salary (in regional office I mean). There are lots of opportunities. Smartest team I've ever seen. Friendly team. Everyone is targeted to get the best results from work. Using of best-practices are welcome on every level. There is a good corporate culture and it's not obsessive which is very important. You will not feel youself an outsider even if you will not be participating in it actively.

Cons

Still there are some projects which are targeted to be completed ASAP which leads to bad product s quality and pain-in-ass at support stage.
