Room for growth, very good compensation, nice benefits package includes generous vacation policy, sick time, 401b, continuing ed allowance. Great work force and caring nursing team. Some wonderful doctors.

Cons

Administration in need of new leadership. Also in need of better communication, more transparency. Facilities are slow to be upgraded. Understaffed care management and social service teams.

The pay was above the industry standard for that region. Very flexible schedules (per diem) and great shift differenentials.

Cons

Small hospital. Cranky nurses, mostly unfriendly doctors. Horrible cafeteria. Staff is weird
