      Pros

      Case Management Supervisors are incredible. They are supportive, available, and knowledgable. The case management team as a whole is collaborative and friendly. There is a culture of wanting to help one another. Easterseals also offers an excellent benefits package with a significant amount of PTO, floating holidays, and personal days. They also offer flex time and strongly abide by a work life balance. They encourage you to turn off you phone/computer at the end of the work day

      Cons

      High turnover rate at this company, low pay compared to industry standard, and if you are good at your job, you will get much harder workload than others.

      Pros

      Easterseals MORC is a great organization. Great benefits and work-life balance. I have been working with EM since 2018 and there is a lot of opportunity to move up within the organizaiton.

      Salaries for employees could be higher.
