      Pros

      They take very good care of their employees and are open about the state of the organization. They encourage you to use your PTO and have a great benefits package.

      Cons

      There tends to be a lot of policy changes and case loads are always high. Communication is not always the best between teams, especially when policies change.

      Health insurance, close to home, decent coworkers

      Cons

      Management does not listen, understaffed, does not keep employees safe from potential harm, overworked, low morale. They pile on more and more work without bringing on more staff. They brag about “employee wellness” when many of us are seconds away from tears. There is ZERO training. It takes months of begging management or IT to fix something.
