Through the interview process to being here for a month, there has been not one moment that I have felt unwelcome or benefitted from the excitement of my coworkers. My team members and coworkers make the company culture not only innovative but challenges me to learn and grow my OWN career while having a little fun. I think I am really going to enjoy being a process improvement engineer and beginning my career here.

Cons

The company is so large at this site alone, it is going to be hard to meet everyone.
