Pros
Eastman has been going through a lot of change over the past years and has become less of the conservative family company it once was, and more of the innovation driver that customers need. The collaborative culture is still there, which is good. Decision making is getting faster. Proud to be part of this company that is getting better, faster and more global.
Cons
Some will say that the performance rating system is bad. I’d argue that it’s the best way to ensure everyone is getting feedback..... no real cons for me
