Pros
As a whole, Eastman employees are kind and easy to work with, providing criticism in a way that can be encouraging and helpful. There are many opportunities for training, learning, and travel because it's a global company. It's a great place for a career because you can work at several different roles during your time with the company - not stagnant.
Cons
It's a very process-driven culture, which can be good, but it can slow down progress in a day and age where change and adaptability are imperative.
