It is focusing on innovation area which makes it more successful and develops fast. You can balance your work and life easily here. The compensation is higher than the normal level in the same position in this industry area.

Cons

Compared to the company's great success and fast development, the employee's treatment is decreasing. The company continues to hire more and more staff while the welfare is less than before. It's very hard to have promotion and the career development is slower, the job title is lower than the normal level with same functions in this industry area.
