      Pros

      I have been here from the very start of Easy Ice. I have watched Easy Ice grow from 1 employee to over 500 since 2009. I consider my co-workers to be my friends/family. I am very proud to be a part of the Easy Ice family. I feel blessed to have a wonderful job that I love.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons. Like most families, there is dysfunction at times, but it all gets worked out. It is the same way at Easy Ice.

      The co-workers on branch level are nice

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible. You are a number not a person. terrible work life balance. People's roles change all the time. Employees come and go through a revolving door. No diversity in upper management

      Nice environment and nice people, unfortunately the pay was below market value.
