      There is no pros at this company literally overworked , underpaid they don’t care much for there employees, barely get any holidays and 10 days pto that they use if you call out sick

      Cons

      Management, over worked. You would be working 11-13 hours a day, Barely get time to get any lunch break because they adding on so much work

      Company is growing so there is opportunity to grow with it.

      Cons

      Sometimes with growth there are challenges that have to be worked through. The fix might seem simple but when it’s for an entire company, it doesn’t always happen overnight.
