Weekly pay, great coworkers, food discount, friendly coworker environment

Cons

Management is a nightmare in every single department & location completely uneducated with no experience in the field or claim to have experience & still doesn’t feel like it. Rare schedule adjustments. No good benefits - benefits that are offered are a scam & cheap.

It is a group of excellent peers to work with, and you can build relationships with so may different people. You are able to experience amazing Italian food and culture and learn so much in the store.

Cons

Unfair expectations and treatment. Lack of communication and support. The hours you put in are not worth the salary
