Pros

Despite being in an uppity neighborhood, many of the customers are reasonable and upbeat. I thought the training was good, although it was necessary to train well because the store was just about to open . There were great benefits for full-time and part-time employees

Cons

I thought the closing shift was too late, but I should have done the research before saying yes to a flexible schedule. My big issue was be hired as a full-time time employee, but I received a few hours of work. (This went on for months).
