Pros

Good pay, flexible with schedule, free food from EDR, PTO, paid hour break

Cons

Micromanagement, very anal about OT(can't work over 8 hours), receives no tips even though we're required to work a lot of big events in-store that does accept tips

Pros

Time go by quickly because your so busy

Cons

The managers on the floor treat employees like slaves , you can’t even take a bathroom break without a scolding . Brutal work conditions . Physically demanding long hours , no sense of community . Unpaid lunch breaks where you are meant to have a family meal . Rarely see food in lunch room and when you do it’s the stuff they want to throw out . Surprised I didn’t get food poisoning
