Pros

Free meal and a couple of hot drinks.

Cons

Management is poor. People who are supposed to be working under you, will boss you around all day!! If you are not Italian, they would treat you very differently and not in good ways. Most people with a bit of authority are very condescending. You literally have to beg for a day off if the rota has been made. But they would happily change your rota around without even letting you know. For instance, you’re meant to be off in two days but next day when you check, it’s been changed to a late shift. They are all cheeky and lazy but like to do a lot of big talk.

Pros

Location, Warm place especially when it’s cold outside

Cons

Really slow career progression, really slow wage increase especially when more than half of the staff left and you end up doing everything, lack of kindness and recognition by the management
