Pros

The health insurance is absolutely amazing even includes IVF treatment and worth it to buy the Gold plan

Cons

The tip pull sucks for somebody who makes $500/night and I end-up seeing $150-$200/night of that money

Liars, racists and sexists

Pros

Benefits package is nice, hourly is competitive.

Cons

They lie about their management decisions and gaslight people they either want to quit or will eventually fire for no good reason. HR hides a lot of racist and sexist comments towards minority groups, and if you're not truly Italian (ie. born there), they dismiss you like you're scum.

Pros

Great atmosphere and I learned quite a bit while working here.

Cons

They would only pay minimum wage for Line Cooks and would not offer overtime which made it impossible to make ends meet. Management also seemed to stick with their "favorites," and were very clicky.
