Management did not have clear understanding of how long it takes to build relationships and get results

Pros

Mental health is such an important field and had opportunity to potentially help people. Loved the mental health professionals in the field

Cons

Training was unorganized. very high turnover. bonus was a farce. Company did not seem to value marketing professionals. Spent thousands of dollars on reprinting business cards, redesigning marketing materials and dinners and then laid off people.

Pros

Great PTO and (some) incredible people who work directly with the patients.

Cons

I don't even know where to start. This company only looks at their financials and nothing else. As an employee, I felt no support or encouragement from management. Constant downsizing. Constant lies from supervisors telling you raises and good things were coming. The patient care suffers because floor staff has to do the work of 6 people when there are only 3. Staff is not looked after whatsoever. I would never work here or at any affiliated center again.

Pros

Coworkers were mostly great, loved my direct supervisor.

Cons

Horrible communication across the company and internally within sites. They're going around acquiring tons of treatment centers and slapping their name on them while laying people off, cutting pay and hours where existing sites are struggling. I will be surprised if this company makes it. Would never work here again.
