Pros
Good people on the floor and in the office. Cool learning experience about the machinery and good fellow employees.
Cons
They treated people like expendable trash. No respect for their employees. When I worked there it was almost a full year of mandatory OT many of the weeks because they outsourced part of production and the supply chain got all messed up and we hand to rush orders out. I have enjoyed plenty of jobs but this was not one. A truly greedy corporation.
