Before you take a job with Eaton, we aware that the company frequently makes employees take a week (or 4) off without pay...and then reports record profits. Be sure to ask for 5-10% more to compensate for this. Some of the safety rules are well intentioned, but have so much interpretation, process, and regulation attached to them, that are not helpful and employees...and may times are circumvented as a result.
