      Fair. It feels like smaller companies trying to work together

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to show what you good at. Small companies with large corporate benefits. The company will entertain new concepts or ideas.

      Cons

      The managers should know more how the different products really work. This incompetence allow some weak engineers to confuse/jeopardize the program execution. The different EATON Aerospace sites are barely waking up to the fact that their current name is EATON and not Sterer or Vickers.

      Pros

      Good Benefits, though employee costs are rising (like most other corporations). Great work/life balance, management very understanding of family obligations.

      Cons

      Promotions based primarily on who you know, not what you can do, though Management would deny this fact vehemently. Eaton of One is preached, but not practiced in most locations. Sectors still very siloed and separate-no uniformity across locations.

      It is an Eaton company.

      Cons

      Poor Management Out-dated systems Not willing to utilize the tools given to provide a better work experience. Not willing to think outside the box. Very much a group of people who believe "this is the way we've always done it so it must be the right and only way".
