      Pros

      - Good career advancement opportunities - Development and training available to support your work - Large company with organisation to support you and development - Process of everything if you are into such things- very organised business processed

      Cons

      - very small compensation versus similar job in other companies - benefits non-existing - performance reviews tend to driven by criticism and no-explanitions to bad review - connections who you know seam to matter a lot - merits are not valued or they are ignored

      Pros

      lot's of opportunity to learn and grow within a multitude of areas. Eaton will take their best and brightest and train them, take care of them, move them around the country/world to teach you about the company. Eaton is in an incredible position to take on emerging markets, like hybrid technology, and wind turbine growth.

      Cons

      Eaton has a silo approach where many people have two bosses that they report to, which of course can create complications as far as goals are concerned and who has the final say.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, compatible with other Fortune 200's. Education reimbursement program is good. Salary is neutral compared to competitors. Ok place to start your career.

      Cons

      Don't expect to make much more money than your starting salary. Review system is a joke that is not used to make long term employment decisions. If you've shut down a plant somewhere you stand a good chance of getting a job. That seems to be the main requriement for employment.
