      Pros

      The hours are great, the day is broken up nicely between 2 breaks and a lunch. I work in a pretty intimate warehouse with only about 25 employees wich could be a pro or a con.

      Cons

      Management positions seem to rotate every 2 years or so, as if the managers are being trained for something else, so the attitude always seems to be one of indifference when issues are brought up.

      Pros

      In general it is a good place to work. Management is fairly competent and they look for ways to sell and promote value.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and politics. Sometimes management will indirectly threaten people if they do not tow the line or are suspected of not giving good survey feedback on managers.

      Pros

      Eaton is a very large company with plenty of room to move and move up. Pay is very competitive for the area.

      Cons

      The company itself seems to be very strong, although my plant was struggling. Tend to bring in management that are not competant.
