Excellent diversity in business segments. Eaton has a diverse supplier and customer base allowing for excellent travel opportunities. Instructor led training and on line training is very important to Eaton culture.
Cons
The work environment is very high stress. The corporate culture is very conservative. Strict HR policies and inflexible employee schedules for non-manufacturing positions. The typical work day is long, 10 to 12 hours on average. People work during weekends, vacations, and holidays. Annual review process is very involved and time consuming.
