Elliott has great people and culture. More experienced employees are willing to help and share knowledge. Day to day operations are predictable and steady.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Not the best vacation offered. Some of the computer operating systems are outdated (i.e. using Lotus Notes email database)

Pros

Some great people in both the office and the shop. Safety is a big company focus.

Cons

Management positions are usually filled with more friends, kiss ups, and underqualified people. The dead wood is not removed from the workforce, but rather the better employees are made to pick up their slack. Working above what is expected is not rewarded or even noticed. Hard to get needed equipment to better perform your job.
