The culture is welcoming and family-oriented. The company is supportive of community enrichment and charitable initiatives. There are opportunities for advancement and continuing education. The work is interesting and challenging.

Cons

Work-life balance is a weakness. The vacation allotment was improved for new hires, but not for existing employees (employees with less than 10 years of experience have the same amount of vacation as new hires. At 10 years, you earn 2 additional days off). Pre-COVID, working remote was considered taboo.

Pros

The health benefits here offer good coverage and at a low cost to the employee. The 401K plan has a high match, there is a flexible start time, and a nice cafeteria. I highly recommend working here to anyone who asks me. The culture is great, and you can tell that everyone feels very supported by their teams and management. The managers here actually step in and help the employees, they don’t just point the finger at the employees when something isn’t right.

Cons

Some of the software/technology is older, but I think there are ongoing efforts to become more up-to-date.
