Starting pay was great for region. Regular cost of living increase. Good benefits. Some of the my colleagues and managers were absolutely stellar.

Cons

The company is very archaic and refuses to utilize down periods in the market to improve and innovate. Poor choice in mid level management. Favoritism and unhealthy political environment.
